RE: JUNE 27, 2026, ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS
The Langdon Lake Association Annual Meeting of Members and the Langdon Lake Water Cooperative Annual Meeting of Members will be held on Saturday, June 27, 2026, at the Tollgate Trail Finders clubhouse facility located at 62369 Oregon Hwy. 204, Weston, Oregon, at the following meeting start times:
· 9:30 AM – Langdon Lake Water Cooperative Annual Meeting of Members.
· 10:00 AM – Langdon Lake Association Annual Meeting of Members.
Meeting agendas and financial reports will be distributed before the meeting via email. As always, members are encouraged to attend these annual meetings, where members’ comments and ideas are welcomed and are an important contribution to the Association’s unity and growth.
The Association Board of Directors positions currently held by Rob Davis and Marianne Fisher are up for election this year, with both individuals communicating an intent to run for reelection to another five-year term. Other Association members who have the time and interest to serve on the Board are encouraged to submit their names or nominate other candidates by contacting the Association office via phone (541-276-3476) or email (langdonlake@outlook.com).
A meeting of the Association’s Board of Directors will immediately follow the conclusion of the annual membership meeting at the same location.
Weather permitting, the Association will host a membership picnic following the June 27 Board meeting. The picnic event will take place in the common area near the Association dock, with the Association providing fried chicken, side dishes, plates and eating utensils. The event will be a great opportunity to meet or get re-acquainted with other Association members, and all members and their family members and guests are invited and encouraged to attend. Please bring your own beverages and chairs. To help with event planning, please email an event RSVP to the Association office (langdonlake@outlook.com) by June 20, 2026, that states the number of event attendees covered by the RSVP
