ANNUAL MEETING OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS
AUGUST 17, 2019
MINUTES
I. CALL TO ORDER
Upon proper notice, the meeting was called to order, by Vice-President Karen Zohner, 9:30 AM, at the Tollgate Trailfinders Clubhouse, 62369 Hwy 204, Weston, Oregon.
Directors present: Chick Edwards, Bob McMillan, Karen Zohner
II. OLD BUSINESS
A. Financial Review
The financial statements for the period ending June 30, 2019 were reviewed. The main source of income for the Society is the annual rental income from Langdon Lake Association of $2,000.00. This is for the homeowners’ use of the trails in the forested area of the Reserve Property. Contributions and memorial donations are another source of income. Anyone can make donations to the Society in memory or honor of another person. There is no required minimum amount for these types of donations.
B. Activities for Past Year
Karen Zohner and Bob McMillan reported they are working on a brochure regarding the history of the Tollgate area. They have collected quite a bit of written information and photos. They are in the process of interviewing people who have knowledge of the history of the area. They hope to have a brochure available for homeowners and the general public in the near future.
It was reported that a group of Japanese exchange students had visited the lake this summer.
A presentation of the history of the Tollgate/Langdon Lake area was given to the students during their visit.
C. Ratification and Confirmation of the Officers and Directors for the Past Year
It was moved, seconded and passed that the actions of the officers and directors for the past year be confirmed and ratified.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 9:45 AM.
